Before You Schedule Your Appointment

We recommend that you book your inspection at least 2-3 business days prior to your desired date to ensure availability. HOMESTAR Inspections provides daily, weekend and late afternoon appointments, subject to daylight. On average, a pre-purchase inspection takes a minimum of four hours on-site.  Additional time is also required to review and forward the photos from the inspection. Photos are usually forwarded on the evening of the day of the inspection.  A 30 Day, 1 or 2 Year New Home Warranty Inspection takes between 5 - 6 hours. Photos are usually forwarded on the evening of the day of the inspection. Additional comments may be added by the inspector and forwarded by email after reviewing the photos.

• The service required (i.e. Pre-Listing, Pre-Purchase, Mold & Air Quality, etc.);

• Your real estate agent contact information (i.e. Agent's Name, Phone Number, Reality);

• Type of Building (i.e. detached, semi-detached, townhouse, condominium);

• Estimated size of the home in square feet;

• ​Estimated age of the home.
